1. Scope
This Developer Terms Addendum (“Developer Terms”) supplements the Sudomimus Terms of Service (“Basic Terms”). It applies when you create, join, access, or manage a Sudomimus organization, application, sector, domain claim, federation connector, integration credential, or other developer resource (together, “Developer Features”). It applies whether you use Developer Features through the With portal, the Sudomimus CLI, or the Sudomimus MCP server.
If you do not agree to these Developer Terms, do not use Developer Features. You may continue to use basic account features that do not require Developer Features, subject to the Basic Terms. If these Developer Terms conflict with the Basic Terms on a developer-specific matter, these Developer Terms control for that matter. The Basic Terms control all other matters. The Sudomimus Privacy Policy explains how Sudomimus handles personal data.

You are responsible for the organizations and applications you create or manage, and for actions taken by members or credentials to which you grant access. Manage member roles, integration settings, and credentials with care. If you claim to act for a separate legal entity, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
Sudomimus authenticates people, establishes application sessions, and releases identity information according to its rules and user choices. Your application is responsible for its own users, business permissions, content, resources, and decisions about what an authenticated user may do. A Sudomimus token does not grant access to your application's resources by itself.
3. Identity Information and Privacy
Request only the identity claims your application needs for a purpose you explain to its users. Use claims only for that purpose and in accordance with applicable law. Give your users the notices and choices that your own use of their information requires. Protect any claims you receive. Set retention periods for copies under your control and delete them when they are no longer needed or when applicable law requires deletion.
Sudomimus may change or stop releasing a claim under its current policy and the user's choices. Your application must handle missing, changed, synthetic, or revoked claims. Do not present a previously received claim as a current Sudomimus assertion after access to that claim has been revoked.
4. Domains, Federation, and Credentials
Claim an email domain or configure organization-managed sign-in only when you are authorized to administer that domain and the affected sign-in policy. Before connecting an enterprise identity provider, check that you have the necessary authority and that your configuration will not improperly prevent people from accessing their accounts. You are responsible for your provider configuration and for the consequences of policies you set.
Keep client authentication keys, signing material, access keys, and other secrets confidential. Use them only in suitable trusted environments. Limit access to people and systems that need it. Revoke or rotate a credential when you believe it has been exposed, and promptly tell us if the exposure may affect Sudomimus or other users.
5. Safe Use and Integration Continuity
Do not use Developer Features to impersonate others, request identity information under false pretenses, evade platform limits, interfere with the Service, or violate law or third-party rights. Do not configure applications to mislead users about who operates them or how their information will be used.
You are responsible for testing your integration and planning for outages, configuration mistakes, credential loss, and service changes. Use fallback access and recovery methods appropriate to your application. The availability, discontinuation, warranty, and liability terms in the Basic Terms also apply to Developer Features. This addendum does not create a service-level promise.
6. Suspension and Loss of Access
We may suspend or restrict Developer Features or an application if we reasonably believe its use creates a security risk, violates these Developer Terms or the Basic Terms, harms other users, or must be restricted by law. We may act without advance notice when prompt action is needed. When reasonably practicable, we will explain the restriction and any available steps to resolve it.
If you stop using Developer Features, you remain responsible for the applications, data copies, and user communications under your control. Losing access to Developer Features does not by itself delete your Sudomimus account. Account deletion and personal-data handling follow the Basic Terms and Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to These Developer Terms
We may publish a new version of these Developer Terms. We will publish the revised text and update the date on this page. When we ask you to accept a revised version, you may decline and stop using Developer Features. You will retain access to basic account functions subject to the Basic Terms. A layout-only change that does not change the legal text may keep the same date.
